Parkray Consort 5G Mk2 Gas Stove

Description

All the Look of a Wood Burner, None of the Work

Love the look of a stove but don’t want to buy logs, clear out ash or light a fire by hand? The Consort 5G Mk2 gives you the cosy glow of a traditional stove with the ease of gas. The steel body and cast iron door give it a proper stove look, and the arched glass window frames the flames nicely.

What Has Changed on the Mk2?

The fuel bed is better. The Mk2 has an improved log-effect fire with deeper flames and more lifelike glowing embers, so it looks much closer to a real wood fire than older models.

Will It Fit a Small Fireplace?

Most likely, yes. The Consort 5G Mk2 is small and neat, so it works well in small fireplace openings, inglenooks, cottages and older homes. It gives up to 3.25kW of heat, which is enough to warm a cosy room. You can fit it into a Class 1 chimney or a Class 2 5″ prefabricated flue.

Control It from Your Chair

The thermostatic remote control comes with the stove. You can switch the fire on, change the flame height and set the room temperature without getting up. Thermostat mode helps keep the room at the heat you want, and snooze mode is handy when you are settling in for the evening.

Natural Gas or LPG

The stove is made in both Natural Gas and LPG versions, so it works with mains gas or bottled gas. Check you pick the right one when you order.

Make It Fit Your Room

The stove has a matt black finish. You can choose a black or a stainless steel door handle, depending on whether you want a classic or more modern touch. The warranty can be extended up to 5 years.
